Marina Benkhina, LMFT

Helping children and adults improve their relationships, deal more effectively with emotions, and create their life's desire has been a passion of mine for years.

While I draw on and incorporate mindfulness techniques, humanistic-existential models, art and process models, emotional focused therapy, and attachment theory, the most important determinant for successful therapy is the relationship you develop with your therapist.

As such, I invite you to contact me for more information about my services, how I can help you, and whether or not we'd be a good fit to work together!
